The sliding safety arm of the BD SafetyGlide syringe can be activated with one hand, while the BD Safety-Lok syringe requires two hands to activate the sliding safety sleeve. The BD SafetyGlide syringe is available in 1ml, ½ ml and 3/10 ml sizes.
